Excellence can only be produced in small quantities. Schubert´s jams are prepared in 10 litre saucepans. The fruit is carefully boiled down with a minimum of sugar - one part sugar to two parts fruit. Pure apple pectin is the natural gelling agent - the only means of retaining the flavour and aroma of the fresh fruit. Our commitment to quality means we do not use artificial preservatives, colourants or flavour enhancers. Enjoy our honest quality.
